This classic Umbria Casa Colonica with pool offers two self-catering holiday apartments. The house is situated in the wooded hills of the Upper Tiber Valley in the Province of Perugia, and has views over a uniquely Italian rural landscape towards the hills of the Appenines. It has been restored using traditional materials where possible, while incorporating all the features you would expect to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. |

Two independent apartments are offered as your home from home in Umbria: Ciliegio with one bedroom for 2 people, and Fontanella with 2 bedrooms and sleeping up to 5. A maximum of just 7 guests may be accommodated at any time in the two apartments, which are set at opposite ends of the house, with each having its own private terraces. Guests have the freedom and independence to relax, take in, and enjoy the peace and seclusion of the stunning Umbrian countryside. Within easy reach are the major towns of Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Cortona with their major attractions. More locally, the smaller and charming towns of Citta di Castello, San Sepolcro, Montone, Umbertide, among others, are worth exploring, whether your interest is art, architecture, shopping, markets, or just absorbing the local way of life. The secluded 12m. x 6m. pool is set in a paved terrace approx. 30m. from the house and has space for all to relax, with chairs, sun-beds and umbrellas provided. The pool is open from May to September. The owners live in the remainder of the house with their dog, and are always available to help and advise on things to do, places to go. |
