Fontanella Apartment, for up to five people

The apartment is at the South end of the house and has East, South and West aspects. Terraces run along the South and West sides and have table, chairs, sun shade and gas barbecue. From here, there are superb views over the valley and to the hills beyond making it a lovely area for enjoying a drink, a meal or just relaxing and admiring the mesmerising views.

The  ground floor is a single open area about 8m. by 5m. This large room is airy and spacious, with light coming from East, South and West facing windows and French doors.  Over half the room is arranged as a sitting area with two sofas, easy chairs, tables, bookcase and tv for use with the DVD player.  A number of DVDs are kept separately for shared use.  A selection of guide books and novels are provided in the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen is L-shaped, with gas hob, electric oven and sink built in to the work surface, below which there is ample storage.  The large fridge/freezer is separate and to one side. The dining area is opposite the kitchen and has extending table with chairs for six. A sideboard offers further storage.

Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are arranged over the same area as the living room below.

The room for two faces South and West with windows on both aspects.  It has a double bed, side tables, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The larger room has windows facing East and South. There are three single beds, which can be left arranged as singles, or can be reorganised with two arranged as a double or as twins.  A cot is available to replace one of these beds.  There is ample wardrobe space for three people.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin with cabinet and mirror above, shaver point and towel rail.    A hair drier is provided. All linen, hand towels, bath towels and pool towels are provided fresh for your arrival and changed weekly during your stay.
