Fontanella Apartment

The apartment is at the South end of the house and has East, South and West aspects. The total internal area is about 85sq.m.(915sq.ft.), and is arranged equally on two floors. There are approximately 60sq.m.(645sq.ft.) of terraces outside, with table, chairs, sun shade and gas barbecue.

This is a view of the apartment taken from the West terrace, also showing how the South terrace extends along the other side of the house. From here, there are superb views over the valley and to the hills beyond making it an ideal vantage point for enjoying a drink, meals or just relaxing and admiring the mesmerising views.


	Below is a simple plan of the accommodation, and some photographs of the interior.



		The ground floor is a single open area about 8m. by 5m. This large room is airy and spacious, with light coming from East, South and West facing windows and French doors. Over half the room is arranged as a sitting area with two sofas, easy chairs, tables, bookcase and tv for use with the DVD player. A number of DVDs are kept separately for shared use. A selection of guide books and novels are provided in the apartment. French doors lead on to a terrace facing West, where there are table, chairs and sun shade. A gas barbecue is provided for your exclusive use.



				The kitchen is L-shaped, with gas hob, electric oven and sink built in to the work surface, below which there is ample storage. It is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockery, glassware, kitchen towels, etc. The large fridge/freezer is separate and to one side. Another French door gives on to further terracing on the South side of the house. The dining area is opposite the kitchen and has extending table with chairs for six. A sideboard offers further storage.

Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the two bedrooms and the bathroom are arranged over the same area as the living room below.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin with cabinet and mirror above, shaver point and towel rail.

All linen, hand towels, bath towels and pool towels are provided fresh for your arrival and changed weekly during your stay. And there is a hair drier.



	The double room faces South and West with windows on both aspects. It has a double bed, side tables, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.



			The larger room has three single beds, which can be left arranged as singles, or can be reorganised with two arranged as a double or as twins. There is ample wardrobe space for three people. Windows face East and South.
