How can a week have sped by so quickly? We loved the apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The terraces were wonderful, the pool was perfect, the temptation was to sit and gaze at the view... aaah! And was the meteor shower put on just for us? Thank you N&T for looking after us so well. Our stay at Ciliegio was just what we hoped it would be. The views from the terrace and the pool are breathtaking, such a peaceful and relaxing place. Dinner on our own terrace watching the sunset was our favourite. B, S, Scotland

We were delighted - the location was beautiful and at long last we had found a property where we could sit on our terrace eating breakfast in the early morning sun and by moving to another private terrace, also bask in the evening sun. This is a lovely well-equipped apartment, full of character. A real bonus are the superb views from the patios. Lovely sunrises and sunsets and it is wonderful to float in the pool and look at the distant hills. Nick and Tricia are welcoming friendly hosts and are a mine of information on places worth a visit and good restaurants to try. We would certainly recommend this property. D, J, Cornwall

Peace, tranquillity, spectacular scenery – just what we wanted for our holiday.  The building still in keeping with its history but with all the mod cons you need. The terraces allowed us to move with/against the sun and the great pool kept us cool. G,C, Amsterdam

Two weeks of absolute bliss. Thank you for your welcome and hospitality. Our first visit to Umbria but not the last we hope. The apartment has everything necessary for a most comfortable and comforting stay – the gas BBQ has converted us! We had a wonderful time in this clean, idyllic apartment with great facilities and plenty of space, including a brilliant pool and terraces that were always in the sun. For us the scenery and tranquility were second to none and with plenty of lively towns only 30 mins away for us this was a perfect location. K,M,Cambridge

Comfortable beds, spacious and well equipped rooms.  Fantastic views from the beautiful, clean pool. We enjoyed visits to Assisi, Cortona, Sienna, Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno.  Visit also the modern art galleries in Citta di Castello for Burri. Local food was execellent for quality and price.
