Prices and booking

Prices are in Pounds Sterling per week for each apartment.

If you would like to stay at other times just get in touch.

• cleaning and preparation for arrival
• all linen, hand towels, bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels
• weekly change of all linen and towels
• electricity and gas normally sufficient for cooking and hot water; use of gas-fired central heating in the cooler months is charged in addition (at cost) - ask for details
• welcome pack of basic foodstuffs - indicate any special needs
• gas barbecue for each apartment
• cool bag and freezer packs for each apartment
• travel cot and high chair are available - if you need these, please let us know when booking

• use of shared laundry room with washing room, cleaning products and ironing facilities
• selection of books and guides in each apartment
• our own guides to shopping and eating out in the area, plus suggestions for trips out
• free access to a shared library of DVDs
• prepared 3-course meal for evening of arrival at cost of €20 per person - indicate when booking if you would like this, together with any special requirements
• wine tasting tours to selected cantine can be organised with an accredited sommelier at extra cost - let us when booking if this interest you

To reserve an apartment a non-refundable 20% deposit is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £150 (€200) breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded, less any deductions if necessary, on departure.

Change over day is Saturday. Arrival can be from 4:00pm onwards, and guests are asked to leave by 10:00am. There can be some flexibility with these arrival/departure times if we know beforehand.
